To celebrate Marty's birthday, I baked a Butter Pecan Cake filled with Caramel Buttercream, topped with Coconut Pecan Frosting. The cake is sided with vanilla and chocolate filled wafers, tied with a satiny gold bow! He also got cupcakes with the extra batter! (ps...I wouldn't let him eat it until I took the pictures of it!)

ReplyDeleteI've been asked who Marty is...Marty is a guy with a killer sweet tooth! He is also "Chief Sampler" of all of my sugar creations!!! In short, he's a "sweetie"!
